As long as the daily maintenance is well done, it is can effectively increase the service life of diesel generator.
Main attentions of daily maintenance :
1). replacement of 3 filters
● diesel-fuel filter: run-in period of 50 hours later, diesel-fuel filter must be replaced. After that, diesel-fuel filter need to be replaced every other 250 hours or half a year
● oil filter: run-in period of 50 hours or 3 months later, oil filter must be replaced. After that, oil filter need to be replaced every other 500 hours or half a year
● air filter: run-in period of 50 hours or 3 months later, diesel-fuel filter must be replaced. After that, diesel-fuel filter need to be replaced depend on different situations. There is a cleanliness indicator installed on the air filter. When running the generator set, once the degree scale shows red color, should immediately shut down the generator set and then replace the air filter. If the generator set isn’t used for a long time, next time when run the machine again, it is necessary to take the air filter apart and inspect if the air filter goes mouldy or suffers damage because of air humidity. Please pay attention that air filter must be replaced under stopping condition.
2). replacement of lubricating oil: run-in period of 50 hours or 3 months later, lubricating oil must be replaced. After that, lubricating oil need to be replaced every other 300 hours or a year
3). refrigerant replacement: refrigerant should be replaced after the first using of 200 hours or 3 months. After that, coolant liquid need to be replaced every other 500 hours or a year
